The CFIDS/M.E. Association of Mississippi, Inc. has been providing support and information to individuals who have CFIDS, Fibromyalgia (FMS), Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), Lyme Disease, and related disorders, and their caregivers in Mississippi for over 10 years.  The group meets at the River Oaks Hospital private dining room/classroom on the second Saturday of each month at 2:00 p.m.  The River Oaks Hospital has graciously allowed our group to meet for more than 7 years at its facility.

The association is incorporated under the non-profit laws of the state of Mississippi and operates under guidelines established by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service for non-profit corporations.  All of the association’s officers (and/or) board members serve as volunteers without any compensation.  Any and all funds contributed as membership fees, donations, etc. are used to provide information, education, and advocacy regarding CFIDS and related disorders.

Web page designer.  I have had M.E./CFIDS since 1987 and was diagnosed in 1988.  I worked until 1995 when I became unable to sustain full or part time work.  I am a member of this support group.
